The Extended Education Program Manager supports the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of a defined portfolio of credit and non-credit programs. The role serves as the main contact for instructors, clients and other stakeholders, supporting program development and review, instructor hiring and contracting, and guiding content development and instructional design across all phases from initiation through evaluation. This position also builds and sustains program vendor relationships and ensures offerings remain responsive to learner needs and aligned with organizational and workforce development goals. #UMASSGLOBAL TYPE OF SUPERVISION: Receive direction from the Extended Education Program Director.
