About The Position

As a Manager-in-Training at Radiant Express Car Wash, you will oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring that all opening and closing procedures are followed. Your role will involve building genuine relationships with our guests by delivering exceptional guest service and operational excellence at every interaction. You will supervise and coach a team of guest service advisors, providing guidance and feedback to ensure excellent performance and adherence to company standards. Additionally, you will monitor car wash processes and equipment to ensure proper operation, cleanliness, and safety compliance, addressing any issues or malfunctions promptly. Training new team members on car wash procedures, safety protocols, and guest service standards will also be part of your responsibilities. You will enforce safety protocols and compliance with brand and company standards to ensure a safe and secure work environment, while also assisting in the daily upkeep and maintenance of the facility. Following all Radiant Express Car Wash company policies, safety procedures, and brand standards is essential.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in the car wash industry, automotive service, or related field
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • An outgoing personality with strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Eager to learn, motivate others, and develop new skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Operate with respect and integrity
  • Commitment to upholding company values and fostering a positive work environment
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
  • Fluent in English and Spanish - bilingual a plus!
  • Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
  • General knowledge of maintenance tools and hardware
