About The Position

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Express Technician to join our fast-paced service team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for cars who wants to grow in the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks on various vehicle make and models. Conduct thorough multi-point inspections to identify additional service requirements. Diagnose and resolve minor mechanical issues including brake pads, filters, belts, and fluid leaks. Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain maintenance and repair recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to uphold efficiency and safety standards. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry safety standards always. Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an automotive technology program or relevant work experience.
• ASE certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification within the first year of employment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and deliver results efficiently.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
