The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance and inspections with a high degree of efficiency and quality. This role is crucial for our express service lane, ensuring customers receive quick and reliable service for their basic maintenance needs.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
  • Previous experience as a Lube Technician, Express Technician, or similar role is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to operate standard automotive service equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Own a basic set of automotive tools.
  • This position requires a significant amount of physical labor and stamina. Applicants must be able to perform the following tasks:
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
  • Stand for extended periods.
  • Bend, kneel, crouch, and stoop to work on vehicles.
  • Use manual dexterity to handle tools and small components.
  • Work in a service bay environment with exposure to noise, fumes, and temperature changes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and battery installations.
  • Conduct thorough multi-point vehicle inspections to identify needed maintenance or repairs.
  • Replace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades.
  • Handle fluid exchanges (coolant, transmission, brake fluid).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station.
  • Communicate inspection findings clearly to the Service Advisor.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
