Requirements

Previous automotive service experience (dealer or independent shop experience a plus)
ASE certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification within the first year of employment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and deliver results efficiently
Passion for cars and commitment to customer satisfaction
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

dealer or independent shop experience a plus
ASE certification preferred

Responsibilities

Perform quick, accurate maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and multi-point inspections
Conduct thorough multi-point inspections to identify additional service requirements
Diagnose minor vehicle issues and communicate recommendations clearly to service advisors
Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain maintenance and repair recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to uphold efficiency and safety standards
Deliver exceptional customer service, representing our dealership with pride
Other duties as assigned by management
