Requirements
- 0–2+ years of technician, express, or lube tech experience (training available)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements
- Conduct multi-point inspections with accuracy and attention to detail
- Communicate vehicle findings clearly with Service Advisors
- Follow safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
- Work efficiently to maintain high-quality service and quick turnaround times
- Assist the service team as needed to ensure positive customer experiences
