About The Position

Suburban CDJR of Troy, a proud member of the Chrysler family and part of Lithia & Driveway (the largest automotive retailer in North America, listed on the Fortune 500), is seeking an experienced Express Service Writer. This role is crucial for managing the customer experience from the initial greeting to the completion of service. The Express Service Writer will be responsible for handling repair orders, setting accurate customer expectations, and serving as the primary communication link between customers and automotive technicians. Requirements
