About The Position

The Express Lube Technician position is a critical and important role at our dealership. The most popular services we perform for our guests are express services (like oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and inspections). Your day will be focused on express services based on our specially developed process. You'll be responsible for the following: Performing a thorough 27-point inspection on every vehicle, Performing oil changes, maintenance services, rotating tires, etc., Assuring guests' vehicles are clean upon return, Keeping the work area clean, safe, and organized. Energy, Effort, and Enthusiasm are everything to a successful team member in this role. The role of an Express Lube Technician is critical and will keep you busy and engaged. The Express Lube Technician works 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, in an air-conditioned environment. Requirements

• Clean driving record and driver's license required
• Dependable and reliable self-starter, ability to work in a team environment
• Communication skills and effective communication with others
• Basic computer skills
• Previous experience in an automotive service environment preferred but not required
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
