Austin Subaru is seeking a high performing Express Service Manager to lead the daily operations of our Express Department. This individual is responsible for cultivating a positive culture, serving a loyal clientele, and maintaining excellent employee relations. This role requires satisfaction of any/all customer concerns and ensures that service is being performed at a level of the highest quality. The Express Service Manager will be directly responsible for the Express Advisor and Express Technician team. Job duties include but are not limited to: Stay up-to-date on product changes, manufacturer training, and new products. Ensure that all necessary shop equipment is in proper and safe working condition. Ensure that the Express advisor and technicians meet all customer satisfaction (NPS) and sales or production goals. Ensure proper repair procedures are being used. Analyze businesses to determine areas of opportunity, and develop action plans to improve performance. Hire, train, develop, and support the express service advisor and express technician team to achieve key goals. Reports to the Service Director.
