As a trusted Express Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between the customer and the service department, scheduling appointments, reviewing service history, and relaying important information about vehicle maintenance and repairs to customers, while providing accurate cost estimates.

  • Ensure customers have a world-class service experience at every step along their ownership journey, especially in the scheduling and estimating of vehicle service and repairs.
  • Provide an unparalleled level of knowledge and technical expertise to help customers understand and approve their maintenance requirements, repair orders, and cost estimates.
