Requirements

Automotive Knowledge: General understanding of the oil-changing process is essential.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Positive Attitude: A consistently enthusiastic and positive approach to work is crucial to succeed in this role.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in handling customer information and service records.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with customers and co-workers alike.

Experience with VW product lines is a plus.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly at their vehicles, perform a thorough walk-around inspection, and engage them with enthusiasm and positivity.
Appointment Management: Pre-print appointments, review vehicle history reports, and assist customers with scheduling their service visits.
Phone Support: Answer customer inquiries over the phone and efficiently schedule service appointments.
Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with customers and co-workers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Active Delivery: Ensure the delivery process is smooth and informative, providing customers with clear communication about their vehicle’s service needs.
Administrative Accuracy: Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all paperwork and customer interactions.
Accountability: Take ownership of your role, demonstrating initiative and responsibility in all aspects of the job.
