Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Prior experience in automotive service advising or similar customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Audi, Porsche, and Volkswagen brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival for express service appointments.
  • Assess customer needs and provide accurate information regarding service options and timelines.
  • Schedule and coordinate express service work efficiently to maximize productivity.
  • Communicate effectively between customers and service technicians to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions.
  • Manage customer expectations and resolve any service-related concerns promptly.
