Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Prior experience in automotive service advising or similar customer-facing roles is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Audi, Porsche, and Volkswagen brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival for express service appointments.
Assess customer needs and provide accurate information regarding service options and timelines.
Schedule and coordinate express service work efficiently to maximize productivity.

Manage customer expectations and resolve any service-related concerns promptly.
