About The Position
The area's largest exclusive Mercedes-Benz dealership is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Service Advisor Trainee to join our Premier Express Service Team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the automotive service industry. As a Service Advisor Trainee, you will receive on-the-job training that will equip you with the necessary skills to excel in this role. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their service needs and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will involve communicating effectively with customers, understanding their concerns, and providing them with accurate information regarding their vehicle's service requirements. In this position, you will be expected to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including scheduling appointments, processing service orders, and maintaining customer records. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with customers and team members regularly. While a basic knowledge of automobiles is beneficial, it is not a requirement for this role. We are looking for team players who are willing to learn and contribute positively to our service team.
