About The Position

The responsibilities of an Express Maintenance Technician include vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Build customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in our dealership as a caregiver for their vehicle safety and reliability.

Requirements

• Strong customer service with written and verbal communication skills
• Deep understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities
• Effective analytical and communication skills with an eagerness to improve
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• One year in a service department preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform lubrication, oil changes, maintenance, tire services and inspections
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
• Communicate needed repairs to Parts and Service Associates
• Assist in maintaining store equipment and tools as needed
• Fill out Electronic Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection forms
• Rotate tires, torque lug nuts, and replace oil and oil filter
• Maintain a clean working environment as well professional appearance at all time
• Provide excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s experience comes first
