About The Position

Express Lube Technician NEW GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY! Chevrolet of Dallas is currently looking to add a qualified Service Express Technician to our rapidly expanding service center. Incentive- Driven Retention Program and Employee Discounts Role Responsibilities: Routine Maintenance: Complete oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections. The Express Technician will check and refill fluids (engine oil, transmission and brake fluid, and coolant). Inspect and replace air and cabin filters, and wiper blades. The Express Technician will complete battery testing and replacement. Minor Repairs: Execute minor repairs identified during inspections. The Express Technician will perform preventative maintenance when required. Make minor tire fixes as necessary. Other Duties Maintain accurate records of all services accomplished. The Express Technician will perform work as outlined on the Technician Repair Order and ensure constant communication with the Service Advisor, the Shop Foreman, and the Parts Department as necessary. Adhere and comply with safety and service requirements. The Express Technician will keep a tidy workspace, ensure all equipment is in proper working order, and guarantee the disposal of all hazardous materials and chemicals. Employee Prerequisites: Onboarding process completed within days of applying! Basic computer operating, mathematics, problem solving knowledge. Sales experience and knowledge of the automotive industry. CRM software is a bonus.
