Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
Be at least 18 years of age.
12 months of oil change experienced.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented.
Strong communication skills.
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities

Must be ready for work in uniform at start of shift.
Check and communicate oil level to other teammates.
Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation, including spare tire.
Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
Install a new oil drain plug gasket and new oil filter while performing lube, oil and filter change.
Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
Inspect vehicle after service for fluid leaks.
Maintain a clean work station.
Clean and maintain facility.
Install accessories.
Operate Windows based programs.
Notify foreman if any additional issues are discovered.
Rotate tires (do not use customers wheel lock key, only shop supplied key).
Change wiper blades.
Tire repair.
Tire balance.
Remove tires from shop, dispose of in designated disposal area and keep tire area clean.
Minimum expectation of labor dollars produced in a pay period (on a 2 person team) $6500.00.
Fill out multi point inspection (MPI) forms that record measurements of tires, brakes, and conditions of fluids, belt hoses etc.
