What You’ll Do: As an Express Lube Advisor , you’ll be the first impression and the trusted voice between our customers and technicians. You’ll: Greet every guest with professionalism and warmth Listen actively and identify their service needs Clearly communicate recommendations and solutions Ensure every customer leaves with confidence and satisfaction

Requirements

A customer-first mindset
Strong communication skills
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
A passion for the automotive industry (experience is a plus!)
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
