About The Position

The Express Lube Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns. They serve as the communicator between customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.

Requirements

  • Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
  • Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
  • Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.
  • Basic computer & cost calculation skills.
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients when they arrive to our Collision Center.
  • Determine the nature of the client’s visit.
  • Inform the Estimator of the client’s arrival.
  • Order Parts
  • Write PO's and invoices.
  • Schedule appointments for our Estimator via email, phone, and in person.
  • Provide information to appropriate store personnel regarding client needs and expectations to help ensure the entire team is prepared to provide the highest level of service to the client.
  • Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary.
  • Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas.
  • Maintain a consistent level of communication with our Estimators and Managers.
