Requirements

• Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services quickly and efficiently
• Conduct vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs or maintenance
• Ensure proper documentation of all services performed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating vehicle issues and repair recommendations clearly
• Stay updated on automotive technology and repair techniques
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow
• Perform minor repairs, such as replacing air filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs
• Adhere to company policies and standards for service quality and customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
• Other responsibilities as needed
