About The Position

As a Room Service Server, you will take and deliver customer orders to our hotel guests. You will create WOW moments by delivering unforgettable experiences. The food server is also responsible for performing side work and general cleaning of assigned stations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with guests, smiling and hearing their stories.
• Maintain cleanliness using a silent service approach.
• Anticipate guest needs.
• Efficiently secure payment.
• Communicate with management, chefs, and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees.
