Express Carwash Team Member
About The Position
We are hiring 5-8 new Team Members as we open our 3rd QuikWash location! About Us At QuikWash, we are more than just an express car wash— we set the bar high for speed, quality, and exceptional service. We pride ourselves on creating a fun, friendly work environment, but we take our reputation seriously. We are looking for high-energy individuals who hold themselves to high standards and are ready to be the smiling face of our brand. The Role As a Team Member, you are the first point of contact for our customers; you are managing the customer experience. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the wash process, maintaining a spotless facility, and earning commissions by selling our Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
Requirements
- Reliability: We run a tight ship. Punctuality and a professional appearance (uniforms provided) are non-negotiable.
- Physical Stamina: This is an active job! You must be able to be on your feet for the duration of your shift, working outdoors.
- Communication: You must be comfortable speaking with customers and explaining our services clearly.
- Detail Oriented: You notice the little things, like a piece of trash on the ground or a customer who looks confused, and you act on it.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality (Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, etc.) is a plus.
- No previous car wash experience required—we will train the QuikWash way!
Responsibilities
- Sales & Service: actively sell memberships and wash upgrades (Uncapped commission potential!).
- Customer Engagement: Greet every customer with a smile and a professional attitude. Consult with them to recommend the best wash packages for their vehicle.
- Operational Safety: Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel using clear hand signals and strict safety protocols.
- Site Excellence: Maintain "pride of ownership" over the facility. This includes keeping the lot, tunnel, and vacuum areas spotless and free of debris.
- Teamwork: Work closely with the manager and other crew members to keep the line moving efficiently during rush hours.
