Carle Health is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join our Express Care Team in the Greater Peoria Region in Illinois. This is a PRN position with limited lab and X-ray on site. Clinic hours range from 8am-8pm, and Express locations are open 365 days per year. Candidates must be willing to float to our other Urgent Care and Express Care locations in the Greater Peoria Region. The system is fully integrated with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination. The average number of patients per day will vary based on clinic location. Candidates should be willing to work weekends, weekdays, and evenings, with a schedule that includes shared holidays among the group. There are no call requirements.
