About The Position

Carle Health is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join our Urgent Care Team in the Greater Peoria Region in Illinois. This position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with limited lab and X-ray on site. The schedule includes three, 12-hour shifts (36-40 hours) per week, with some weekends and flexible hours depending upon needs, including days, evenings, and weekends. Clinic hours range from 8am-8pm, and Express locations are open 365 days per year. The system is fully integrated with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination, with an average of 40-45 patients per day. There are no call requirements, and the schedule will include shared holidays amongst the group.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant.
• Current Illinois registered nurse and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services to patients in the Greater Peoria Region.
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals.
• Utilize Epic EMR for patient care coordination.
• Manage patient flow and ensure quality care.
• Participate in shared holiday scheduling.
