About The Position

Carle Health is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join our Express Care Team in the Greater Peoria Region in Illinois. The position involves working in a fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination. The clinic hours range from 8am-8pm, and Express locations are open 365 days per year. Candidates must be willing to float to other Urgent Care and Express Care locations in the Greater Peoria Region. The average number of patients per day will vary based on the clinic location. The schedule will include weekends, weekdays, and evenings, with holidays shared amongst the group. There are no call requirements.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant.
• Current Illinois registered nurse and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in Express Care settings.
• Float to other Urgent Care and Express Care locations as needed.
• Work collaboratively with a team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Utilize Epic EMR for care coordination.
