About The Position

Waves Express Car Wash is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our Manager in Training program. This role is designed for someone who wants to develop leadership skills, learn daily operations, and grow into a management position within a fast growing company. This is a hands on role that combines customer service, operations, and leadership development. You will work directly with experienced managers to learn how to run a successful site while gaining real world management experience. Job Summary As a Manager in Training, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations, delivering a strong customer experience, and developing the skills needed to lead a team and manage a location.

Responsibilities

• Train alongside site leadership to learn all aspects of operations
• Greet customers and ensure a consistent and positive experience
• Assist with managing inventory, cleanliness, and site organization
• Support equipment upkeep and minor maintenance tasks
• Open and close the facility as scheduled
• Operate point of sale system and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the site
• Assist team members and step into leadership responsibilities as needed
