Lube and Tire Technicians are responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to vehicle maintenance and repairs (not limited to this description).

Responsibilities

Performing oil changes and lubricating mechanical systems : This involves checking fluid levels and ensuring that all components are properlylubricated to prevent wear and tear.
Inspecting vehicle fluid levels : Technicians must monitor and adjust fluid levels in various systems, such as the steering gear, power steering reservoir, transmission, and more.
Checking tire pressure and adding air if needed : Proper tire pressure is crucial for vehicle performance and safety.
Performing tire rotations : This task helps ensure even tire wear and prolongs the life of the tires.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment : Technicians are responsible for keeping the shop area neat and free of clutter.
Providing excellent customer service : Technicians should be able to communicate effectively with customers and handle their inquiries andconcerns with professionalism.
Adhering to safety standards and regulations: Technicians must ensure that all work is done safely and in accordance with industry standards.
