About The Position

The Express Advisor at Patriot CDJR Pryor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients visiting the service department. This individual will act as a liaison between the customer and the technicians, ensuring all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time, base plus commission position in the automotive industry located in Pryor, Oklahoma.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
Knowledge of automotive technology and repair processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficient computer skills
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including rotating weekends
One year of Dealership experience as a Advisor is required

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Conduct vehicle inspections and provide accurate diagnostic recommendations to customers
Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers
Communicate with technicians and provide updates to customers on vehicle status and repair costs
Provide estimates for repair costs and obtain customer approval for services
Maintain and update customer records and ensure accuracy of all service transactions
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with other departments to promote and up-sell additional services and products to customers
