The Express Advisors act as a liaison between our guests and the lube technicians. They ensure a positive customer experience by: Promptly greeting people when they pull up to Express Performing a vehicle walk-around and asking pertinent questions about their guest's needs Communicating with guests about how long their wait will be, and updating as the process goes along Explaining the services that have been done Advising on recommended service The Express Advisors make sure the guest feels heard, cared for, and informed. A good Express Advisor enjoys customer service, problem-solving, and a fast-past environment. They are good communicators who thrive on being busy.
