About The Position
The position involves preparing documentation such as dock receipts, bills of lading, and export declarations. The candidate will be responsible for filing Shippers Export Declarations (SEDs) and tracking and tracing cargo to ensure proper movement and delivery. Communication with customers regarding freight disposition, as well as with vendors and suppliers about shipment dispatch and routing, is essential. The role also requires collaboration with other company branches and agents to ensure customer satisfaction and excellent service execution. The candidate must seek the most profitable mode of shipment while meeting customer requirements for freight movement.
