Responsibilities

  • Supports oversight of Export/Import Activities, inclusive of export filing and customs entry compliance, product classification accuracy, and shipment monitoring
  • Performs daily operations for Duty Drawback clients ensuring all relevant SOPs are followed and presents strategies to maximize our client's Duty Drawback Program
  • Takes measures for efficient management of Export Control Authorizations, including preparation, submission, implementation, monitoring and reporting
  • Develop and own operational metrics to assure compliance to all export/import country compliance processes
  • Collaborate with Product Classification Focal and relevant departments to perform complex Export classifications of items and equipment parts components, accessories and technology, and documents decisions taken
  • Review and propose improvements to bring existing procedures in alignment with current activity and regulatory requirements
  • Ensures Record Keeping is maintained in accordance to regulatory requirements
  • Supports training development, administration, tracking and reporting of site statistics
  • Performs annual self-assessment in alignment with Corporate Standards
  • Submit and support continuous improvement ideas to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost (KPI)
  • Completes special projects and reports as assigned
