About The Position

The position involves coordinating orders between the kitchen and serving staff, ensuring that food orders are prepared correctly and match the guest's requests. The individual will verify the completeness and accuracy of each order before it leaves the kitchen and assist in keeping the kitchen and expo area organized and clean. Effective communication with the kitchen team is essential to manage order times effectively, handle special requests and dietary restrictions from guests, and collaborate with servers and chefs to resolve any order discrepancies.

Requirements
