About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Room Service/ Expo server to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to ensuring a positive dining experience. As a Room Service Server, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to guest rooms while maintaining high standards of customer service and food safety. Job Duties Deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately to guest rooms. Ensure all orders are presented in an appealing manner, adhering to hotel standards. Assist guests with menu selections, providing recommendations and answering questions about food items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service area, including bussing tables after service. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Adhere to food safety regulations and hotel policies regarding food handling and sanitation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred, with a strong focus on customer service skills. Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
