As a Host at Craft & Crew Hospitality, you have the exciting opportunity to be the face of our Restaurant! You will welcome guests to our vibrant establishment with warmth and charisma, making them feel like they're coming home. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable experience by managing reservations, accurately estimating wait times, and escorting them to their designated areas. By utilizing our occupancy software like OpenTable, you'll keep track of seating availability and provide guests with all the necessary information to enhance their visit, from menu descriptions to server introductions.
