Leidos is actively interviewing for a Exploitation Specialist/Data Manager & Cataloger to join our team in St. Louis, MO. The Exploitation Specialist will support organizational information operations, including digital asset cataloging, media distribution services, physical media inventory management, and data organization for specialized imagery collections. This role requires adaptability in fast-paced environments with strong team collaboration skills to deliver timely and accurate geospatial intelligence products. Primary Responsibilities Provide information management, archival, and distribution services supporting regulatory compliance and federal record-keeping standards for specialized image databases and positioning systems. The specialist will utilize organizational systems to manage digital and physical media for archiving and cataloging per federal guidelines and distribution to mission stakeholders through established channels. • Manage media lifecycle in compliance with organizational requirements and federal archival policies. • Prepare documentation, distribution reports, and packaged media for external dissemination. • Maintain internal media inventory to ensure current product availability. • Collaborate with records management personnel to ensure compliance with data handling policies. • Generate archival reports for record transfers. • Upload physical media to organizational systems and cloud platforms. •Proactively support analyst to optimize the knowledge and applied tradecraft unique to operations needs through organized data management. • Work independently and collaboratively within teams. • Validate database copies using specialized software to ensure data integrity during replication. • Stage media uploads for review and distribution. • Adhere to organizational cataloging protocols. • Maintain and optimize databases and collections, including updates, removals, corrections, and research. • Perform imagery collection activities, including cataloging and data distribution. • Digitize physical records and upload to cloud-based repositories. • Support analysts by organizing data to enhance operational knowledge. • Conduct collection maintenance, including filing, labeling, storage, and distribution. • Recommend acquisitions for collection development. • Apply declassification procedures as required. • Conduct research and support special projects using multiple databases. • Create and maintain databases, reports, spreadsheets, and visual documents. • Document website procedures and support development. • Populate and maintain database systems and collections. • Support federal map/chart archiving activities. • Review metadata and verify data integrity. • Coordinate with partner organizations and technical leads.
