About The Position

Aperio Global is seeking Exploitation Analysts (EAs) to support our dynamic team in Ft. Meade, MD. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth exploitation and analysis of information from various sources, contributing to our intelligence gathering efforts and helping clients make informed decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in: Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Level 1: Two (2) or more years of experience.
• Level 2: Five (5) or more years of experience.
• Level 3: Eight (8) or more years of experience.
• Level 4: Eleven (11) or more years of experience.
• Certifications preferred: Sec+, Net+, CEH.
• Relevant TDNA experience includes: Computer or information systems design/development/analysis roles.
• Completion of military training in a relevant area such as JCAC may be considered towards the relevant experience requirement.
• Foreign language proficiency may also be used to satisfy experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes deep understanding of adversary networks, network defenses, and cyber network operational capabilities to develop exploitation plans and make operational adjustments as plans are executed.
• Collaborates with a team to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise.
• Applies innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights.
• Distills, documents, contextualizes, and shares findings—including any new tradecraft that you develop—with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.
