This individual contributor leadership position is responsible for crafting the overarching consumer digital product strategy for a leading telecommunications provider. The role also serves as a coach and mentor to line product managers within the Consumer Technology Experience (CTX) organization, helping them develop strategies in areas including traffic generation, engagement, online sales, and self-service support by keeping them abreast of emerging technologies and digital interaction models. The position also will be responsible for improving efficiency of the product development lifecycle from idea to production by identifying, trialing, and implementing AI-based tools that shorten time to market, developing new product development practices, and fostering empowered, outcome-driven product teams.
