About The Position

As an Expert Product Manager, you will drive strategy and execute key roadmap initiatives for WXP, ensuring high‑quality, intuitive user experiences across the platform. This role plays a central role in driving usability and consistency across all WXP integrations including Poly, WXP Collaboration, and Security. You will work across all areas of the platform to translate complex requirements into cohesive product experiences, partnering closely with engineering, design, and cross‑functional stakeholders. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating intricate insights into actionable strategies, primarily focusing on empowering IT leaders to improve workforce productivity.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems
  • 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in product management, digital or software product development, or a related field.
  • Strong background in managing a SaaS product roadmap.
  • Ability to analyze data and insights to make informed decisions about product development and enhancements.
  • Capaci ty to think strategically about the big picture while also focusing on the tactical details of the module.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
  • Passion for understanding and meeting the needs of users, particularly IT Directors, to enhance their experience and productivity.
  • Able to navigate through ambiguity and act decisively to realize team goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle for a defined product area or domain, ensuring
  • Translate complex customer, market, and stakeholder needs into clear, executable product requirements and feature definitions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and analytics teams to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery within agreed scope.
  • Analyze customer feedback, product usage data, and external signals to evolve and strengthen the roadmap
  • Provide subject‑matter expertise and thought leadership to stakeholders to guide feature‑level prioritization and design decisions
  • Frequently represent the product to customers and internal stakeholders as a trusted expert in the problem space
