About The Position

The Expert Recruiting (Campus & Early Careers) role at Exyte GmbH focuses on developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies for internships and early career programs. This position is crucial for fostering relationships with academic institutions to build a strong pipeline of early career talent, ensuring alignment with the company's talent needs and strategic workforce planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or minimum 7 years' talent acquisition experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum 5 years' talent acquisition experience required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.) required.
  • Intermediate Excel skills preferred.
  • Multi-state recruiting experience required.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing platforms required.
  • Natural talent in stakeholder management and building professional relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Work experience in a dynamic, medium-to-large corporate environment preferred.
  • Experience recruiting in the Engineering/Construction industry strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy aligned with the company's talent needs.
  • Manage all stages of the recruitment lifecycle including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with university career services, student organizations, and faculty.
  • Enhance the design, implementation, and evaluation of the internship program.
  • Help to design, launch, and drive a graduate trainee program, including curriculum development and mentorship pairing.
  • Plan and coordinate campus recruitment events, workshops, and career fairs.
  • Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on program effectiveness.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and workforce planning.
  • Contribute to the improvement of the Talent Acquisition team's processes.
  • Drive and manage special projects by collaborating across the organization.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and ensure compliance with Affirmative Action recruiting requirements.
