Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years in software development, automation, or AI solution delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with watsonx Orchestrate, LangChain, LLMs, or similar frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
  • Experience with REST APIs, OAuth, and enterprise integration.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation, RPA, and orchestration tools.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and agent memory architectures.
  • Proven leadership in technical delivery teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep expertise in watsonx products (e.g., watsonx.ai, watsonx.assistant, watsonx.discovery, watsonx.BI).
  • Experience with conversational AI, NLP, and chatbot development.
  • Background in traditional ML, Watson Studio, Watson Machine Learning, and Decision Optimization.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery practices.
  • Experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Automation, Red Hat OpenShift, or Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms like SAP, Salesforce, Workday, or ServiceNow.
  • Consulting or client-facing delivery experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design and Develop Agentic Agents using watsonx Orchestrate, integrating APIs, enterprise systems, and workflows.
  • Engage with Clients to understand business needs and translate them into intelligent automation solutions.
  • Lead Solution Delivery including hands-on development, configuration, and deployment of scalable, secure agents.
  • Facilitate Technical Workshops and demos to drive adoption and showcase capabilities.
  • Execute Agile Projects across planning, development, testing, and post-deployment operations.
  • Optimize Solutions using telemetry, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Provide End-to-End Technical Guidance during discovery, architecture assessment, and proposal development.
