Expert Full Spectrum GEOINT (FSG) Analyst
About The Position
Provide expert-level Full Spectrum GEOINT (FSG) PED and imagery-derived MASINT analysis supporting SOF mission requirements and the F3EA targeting methodology. Perform and quality control advanced multi-sensor exploitation, implement emerging FSG processes/technologies, and lead analytic standards across a team. Conduct and QC advanced PED using HSI/MSI, EO, SAR, LiDAR, Thermal/IR and related phenomenology. Fuse multi-discipline datasets to produce detailed regional/point analysis products supporting F3EA. Build/advise collection plans against defined problem sets; provide expert collection guidance. Develop documentation and training aids; mentor analysts and provide instruction to non-FSG personnel. Deliver clear written products and briefings to operational and leadership audiences. Support surge requirements and shift work as mission demands; deploy worldwide on short notice when required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum eight (8) years progressive experience performing PED of remotely sensed data (HSI/MSI, EO, SAR, LiDAR, Thermal/IR).
- Advanced knowledge of sensor phenomenology and application to tactical intelligence problems.
- Demonstrated experience conducting quality control and leading/mentoring intelligence teams.
- Demonstrated expert capability to build and support collection plans.
- Experience implementing emerging FSG processes/technologies and multi-discipline data fusion.
- Strong written/oral communication and briefing skills; ability to operate in time-sensitive environments.
- Active TS/SCI required prior to start; must maintain required accesses.
