Requirements

  • Education: Completed university degree in economics or a comparable field of study.
  • Experience and Know-how: Several years of professional experience in process management and IT; strong understanding of processes (end-to-end process thinking), especially in logistics and/or supply chain processes; in-depth knowledge of foreign trade, export control, and/or customs law is required; profound knowledge of SAP GTS and its integration into central SAP systems and master data systems.
  • Personality and Working Style: As a team player, you are excellent at bringing together different opinions and ideas from project participants and quickly grasping complex issues; your convincing demeanor, resilience, and organizational skills characterize you.
  • Work-Life Balance: We offer flexible and mobile working hours; we work together on-site and remotely
  • Languages: Very good English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • In your role, you will coordinate the GTS Rollout and align requirements with the governance departments (especially foreign trade, export control, and sanctions list screening) as well as the central IT team and other process development teams.
  • Your portfolio of tasks includes the further development and implementation of end-to-end (E2E) processes in the area of export control and sanctions law. This also includes the integration of relevant master data into business processes.
  • Furthermore, you will coordinate the execution of tests, organize user training, and comprehensively prepare for migration and go-live.
  • You will take responsibility for post-go-live support, resolve emerging errors, and optimize processes during the stabilization phase until handover to the line organization.
  • In your area of activity, you will work closely with Process Owners and Managers and support the smooth integration of compliance processes into existing business processes.
  • Last but not least, you will ensure the sustainable implementation and adherence to global export control and sanctions law requirements.
