Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience of industry and/or consulting experience, with a focus on consumer research product management, or quantitative analytics and insight generation.
  • Experience in developing and executing research plans which combine both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Demonstrated experience using quantitative and analytical skills to generate insights that inform business strategy.
  • Familiarity with performing survey data analysis, producing quantitative modeling, and interpreting data through a business and economic lens.
  • Strong business acumen to tackle challenges effectively and deliver impactful results.
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable operational consumer research solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI/GenAI tools applied to consumer analytics and insights generation.
  • Interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams.

Responsibilities

  • Direct Client Engagement and Support: Use a wide range of methodologies (qualitative, quantitative, social listening, etc.) and lead the insight module to deliver actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Proposal Development Support: Drive the client proposal development by assisting in the creation of materials and participating in the selling process.
  • Intellectual Capital Development: Contribute to broaden and deepen the knowledge base of the firm by improving BCG's proprietary frameworks, methodologies & tools.
  • Vendor Management: Advise BCG's project teams on how to best select and manage external research vendors.
