About The Position
PG&E's Vegetation Management (VM) team works with our customers and communities to manage trees and other vegetation located near powerlines that could cause a wildfire or power outage. Each year we inspect approximately 100,000 miles of powerlines, trim or remove more than 1 million trees, and address dead and dying trees. This position conducts research, data analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting in support of business decision making, strategy and operations. Participates in business process improvement, quality control and other initiatives. Develops, manages and coordinates performance and quality assessment, business process re-engineering, change management, communication and training. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location is flexible within North Valley/Sierra Regions (Placerville, Auburn, Grass Valley, Chico, Redding).
