About The Position

Our founders are ex-Lazard and Partners Group, and we're headquartered in London and San Francisco. Mentis AI brings real-world expertise from finance into AI model training. We bridge the gap between human and artificial intelligence. About this role: You will help improve AI reasoning in wealth management and private client advisory by contributing your expertise as a financial advisor, portfolio manager, or CIO to a training data project. The work captures how top practitioners build tailored portfolios, communicate with high-net-worth clients, and deliver integrated financial planning advice.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Portfolio Manager, or CIO at an RIA, private bank, or family office (e.g., Mercer Advisors, Creative Planning, NewEdge Capital Group, Moneta, Cresset, JPMorgan Private Bank, Goldman Sachs PWM, Citi Private Bank)
Experience managing complex client relationships with meaningful AUM ($5M+ households preferred)
Deep familiarity with asset allocation, manager selection, alternatives, tax-aware investing, and estate/trust planning considerations
Ability to articulate investment rationale and financial planning strategy clearly and concisely in writing
Minimum 15 hours commitment per week
