About The Position

We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and proactive intern to support our digital experimentation team. This role is focused on helping plan, launch, and manage A/B and multivariate tests across our digital platforms. You’ll gain hands-on experience in how data, UX, product strategy, and development come together to drive measurable improvements in user experience and business performance. This is a highly collaborative role ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, thinking critically, and turning ideas into structured test plans.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in writing structured test plans (hypothesis, audience, KPIs, success criteria)
  • Help define measurable goals and evaluation criteria
  • Coordinate with designers, developers, and analysts to move tests from concept to launch
  • Track progress and help ensure experiments stay on schedule
  • Document results and contribute to test readouts and insights
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify new testing opportunities
  • Research best practices and competitive experiences to inspire test concepts
  • Help prioritize ideas based on potential impact and feasibility
  • Assist in identifying friction points in digital journeys
  • Help maintain experimentation documentation and backlog
  • Monitor live tests and flag potential issues
  • Ensure proper tracking and tagging are in place
  • Support post-test analysis and insight summaries
  • Contribute to building a knowledge base of learnings
