About The Position

In this role, you will be managing high-profile reputation events, including but not limited to press conferences, influencer engagement, and experiential initiatives. You will develop event-driven marketing programs to support broader marketing campaigns and will work across multiple internal teams and partners (creative, press, marketing, legal, business development, etc.) to deliver results-driven “live marketing.” You will thrive under pressure, enjoy travel, and have a passion for event logistics, strategy, and execution.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required with at least 7+ years of experience in a similar experiential marketing role.
  • Must be self-motivated, articulate, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional budget management, negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to strategize at a high level supported by strong tactical execution; able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, high-growth environment; must be willing to travel and work long, flexible hours.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, produce, and measure event-driven marketing programs, ranging from experiential activations to digital live-marketing initiatives.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, calendars, and conduct competitive and industry research.
  • Lead full-scale event production, including logistics, content development, venue management, promotions, and partner coordination.
  • Evaluate event performance and produce post-event reports, including ROI analysis and key insights.
  • Build strong relationships and effectively manage vendors, partners, executives, and internal stakeholders.
