About The Position

The Experiential Event Producer will assist with producing and delivering mid to large-scale events and custom activations from beginning to end, including researching forward-thinking content, researching venues, building relationships with key industry players, creating agendas and content plans as needed. Projects may include experiential consumer activations, product launches, influencer dinners, pop-ups, festivals + a focus on alcohol brand activations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of event production/production management
  • Proven event production expertise with emphasis in alcohol brand activations
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and handle multiple projects
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling and vendor negotiation
  • Proficiency within Keynote, Microsoft Office and G suite
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, site visits and event executions
  • NYC residence required, 10-15% travel
  • Keen awareness of event industry activity
  • An eclectic sense of style and creativity
  • Ability to work long hours, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Development and submission and effective management of production timelines, schedules, progress reports, event flows, and deliverables
  • Aiding in program RFP/brief concepting, brainstorming and creative development
  • Management of all event planning and production including: venue sourcing, catering, permitting, A/V, lighting, production, labor staffing, event staff, and vendor relations
  • Produce events from concept to completion - involving strategy, management and oversight of all details for each event
  • Building Event Activation Presentations, ROS and staff plan
  • Management and reconciliation of allotted production budget
  • Manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, solicit and act on client feedback
  • Sourcing hiring and management of logistical vendors, labor staff, technical support, etc.
  • On-site management of all event production elements pre, during and post event
