Motive is looking for a 3D Designer who blends technical mastery with imaginative world-building—someone who can craft immersive environments, hyper-real product renders and everything in between. In this role, you’ll help shape a fast-growing 3D department inside an agency that lives at the intersection of experiential marketing, culture, and cutting-edge creative technology. Requirements

3+ years of 3D design experience (advertising agency experience is a plus).
Strong generalist skills with the ability to take a project from start to finish.
Proficiency in Cinema 4D , Octane Render and Unreal Engine (a plus).
Modeling, texturing, lighting , and a good notion of UV mapping abilities.
An online portfolio (website only—no PDFs or Word docs) showcasing a variety of 3D styles and applications.
Solid understanding of Photoshop and Illustrator , plus curiosity for emerging design technologies and workflows.
Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting work internally and externally.
A passion for collaboration with developers, designers, strategists, and account teams.
Comfort contributing ideas and participating in brainstorms (not required, but absolutely welcome).
Positive energy, openness to experimentation, and a love for building things that haven’t been done before.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with creative leads and account teams to concept and create 3D work across multiple brands and project types.
Designing and building experiences from the ground up, product renders, environments, motion pieces, and campaign visuals.
Work within a highly collaborative creative team—while also taking full ownership of deliverables when needed.
Jump into whatever the work demands with an “all-in” mindset to produce exceptional outcomes.
Push yourself and the team to raise the bar on every project—technically, creatively, and conceptually.
Bring your evolving Design and 3D skills set to a wide range of digital, experiential, and traditional projects.
Stay on the bleeding edge of 3D, design, experiential innovation, and emerging tools—including the growing role of AI in concepting and production.
