We are seeking a knowledgeable and Experienced Workplace Coaching Specialist (Level 3) to support our System Integration Inspector team in Huntsville, AL. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing coaching, training, and mentorship to inspectors engaged in the comprehensive inspection of mechanical, electrical, and electronic parts, assemblies, tooling, and software. This role will ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively, contributing to the overall quality assurance process.
