About The Position
We are seeking a knowledgeable and Experienced Workplace Coaching Specialist (Level 3) to support our Circuit Card Production Assembly team in Huntsville, AL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing coaching, training, and mentorship to employees engaged in electronic/electrical assembly operations. This role will ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks efficiently and safely, while adhering to quality standards and production requirements.
